Description
Acceptable Solution B1/AS1 provided a means of compliance with Building Code Clause B1 Structure. Clause B1 required buildings to withstand likely loads, including wind, earthquake, live and dead loads (people and building contents).
It made due allowance for the intended use of a building, the consequence of failure and other limitations. B1/AS1 contains Acceptable Solutions for:
- Masonry
- Timber
- Earth Buildings
- Stucco
- Drains
- Glazing
