Description
This Standard details the appropriate procedures for conducting fire and hose stream tests to determine the degree in which assemblies provide sufficient resistance to fire and assessing suitability when protection over a particular time is necessary.
Fire doors play a critical role in helping to protect lives and property by slowing the spread of flames, heat, and gases through door openings in fire-resistive walls.
