Description
Acceptable Solution G4/AS1 provides a means of compliance with Building Code Clause G4 Ventilation. Building Code Clause G4 requires ventilation to all occupied spaces.
This clause requires spaces in buildings to be provided with adequate ventilation consistent with their maximum occupancy and intended use. It sets out provisions for outdoor air and extract ventilation.
It ensures systems are maintained against bacteria, pathogens and allergens. It requires products (such as cooking fumes, moisture, or gases) to be removed for other peoples amenity and the protection of property.
