This report is a summary of the available information (at time of publication) relating to the repair of sealed joints in exterior claddings of commercial buildings. 

Repair and replacement methods for one-stage sealed joints in exterior claddings are described. Further, design, workmanship and material factors causing failure are discussed, how they are identified, and the steps necessary to ensure a successful repair.
