Description
Consultation is now open for updates to Building Code clause G12 Water Supplies.
This consultation proposes to extend the transition period end dates to 1 May 2026, for both the lead in plumbing and dezincification resistant product provisions in New Zealand. This will align with the transition period end date for similar product changes in Australia.
The public consultation is open on 2 April 2024 for three weeks. Submissions close at 5pm on 23 April 2024.
