Description
Acceptable Solution F2/AS1 provides a means of compliance with Building Code Clause F2 Hazardous Building Materials.
Building Code Clause F2 provides for safety for glass and glazing methods, asbestos and materials that give off noxious fumes.
It safeguards people from illness and injury from quantities of gas, liquid, radiation and solid particles caused by exposure to building materials. Its provisions ensure building materials (including glass, transparent panels and brittle materials) are used in ways that avoid undue risk to people.
