Description

Fuzhou ROPO is uPVC doors and windows are intended for external use in housing.

Fuzhou ROPO uPVC Doors and Windows are a range of uPVC material Doors and Windows fitted with double-glazed insulated glass units (IGUs).

Products include:

• uPVC Fixed Window
• uPVC Sliding Window
• uPVC Awning + Fixed Window
• uPVC Tilt & Turn + Fixed Window
• uPVC Side-hinged Door and
• uPVC Sliding Door.

Scope

1. Fuzhou ROPO uPVC Doors and Windows are certified for use in housing:

• a. within the scope of Acceptable Solution E2/AS1, and
• b. with claddings and details as described in Acceptable Solution, E2/AS1, and
• c. located in:
  • i. wind Zones (as defined in NZS3604:2011 Timber framed buildings) for each model as follows:
    • ROPO AD70 FW - uPVC Fixed Window – Up to and including Very High
    • ROPO SS70 SW - uPVC Sliding Window – Up to and including Very High
    • ROPO AD70 AW - uPVC Awning + Fixed Window – Up to and including Extra High
    • ROPO AD70 TT - uPVC Tilt & Turn + Fixed Window – Up to and including Extra High
    • ROPO AD70 HD - uPVC Side-hinged Door – Up to and including Extra High
    • ROPO SS90 SL - uPVC Sliding Door – Up to and including Extra High, and
  • ii. in all Exposure Zones, except microclimates, (as defined in NZS 3604).

2. Compliance with the performance clauses in Building Code clauses H1.3.1(a) and H1.3.2E shall be established using the generic construction R-values in Acceptable Solution H1/AS1, Table D.1.1.1 with either of the following:

• a. the calculation method in Acceptable Solution H1/AS1, or;
• b. the modelling method in H1/VM1.

3. Compliance with G4.3.1 and G4.3.3 for ventilation shall be established using the window net openable areas in accordance with G4/AS1 (for models with operable sashes, panels and sliding doors only).

4. Compliance with G7.3.1 and G7.3.2 for natural light shall be established using G7/AS1.

5. This certification does not cover evaluation and / or compliance of any screens associated with the product models.

6. Fuzhou ROPO uPVC Doors and Windows shall be installed in accordance with the Fuzhou ROPO uPVC Doors and Windows – Technical Manual, Version 5.0 - 05 February 2025.
