Description
XLam CLT T3 + panels are used as individual structural components for floors, internal and external walls and roofs, or as a complete structural system encompassing all of these elements.
The XLam XLT T3+ series is developed as a pre-designed solution and is a standardised alternative to traditional timber construction in residential and light-industrial applications.
XLam CLT T3+ panels are structural timber panels made by face-gluing layers of Hyne T3 + finger-jointed Radiata Pine boards ranging from 20 mm to 45 mm thick with a moisture curing polyurethane adhesive in alternating 90-degree angles. Panels are 90 mm – 350 mm thick, 6m – 16m long and 2.4 m - 3.4 m wide.
The XLam XLT T3+ series are three proprietary laminated timber products: X-Span (floor & roof panels), X- Beam and X – Cassette. Each XLam CLT/XLT T3+ component is labelled with panel dimensions, grade and treatment and the CodeMark mark of conformity
