Scope
This standard describes the exterior coatings that consist of cold-applied petrolatum or petroleum wax primer, petrolatum or petroleum wax saturated tape coatings, and their application to special sections, connections, and fittings to be used with buried, submerged, and aboveground steel water pipelines.
