Delfast Joist Hangers are an alternative connection of curtail-joist-to-trimmer or trimmer-to-trimming joist as described in NZS 3604 for timber-framed structures designed in accordance with NZS 3604.
Delfast Joist Hangers are manufactured from galvanised or stainless steel and are available in a single size.
Scope
Delfast Joist Hangers have been appraised as an alternative connection of curtail joist to trimmer or trimmer to trimming joist as described in NZS 3604, Figures 7.7(a) and 7.7(b) for timber-framed structures designed in accordance with NZS 3604.
Delfast Hangers have been appraised for use in closed and exposed environments in accordance with NZS 3604.
