Description
This determination considers the authority’s decision to grant a building consent under section 72 for construction of a new dwelling on a property that is subject or likely to be subject to the natural hazard of slippage.

Decision
In accordance with section 188, Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) determines that the authority had grounds to grant building consent BC340112 under section 72 of the Act with respect to the natural hazard of slippage, and MBIE confirms that decision.
