Description

In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, it has been determined: the building work that is the subject of building consent BCC220158 was major alterations for the purposes of Section 71(1).

The authority’s decision to grant building consent under section 72 for building on land subject to a natural hazard on that point has been confirmed.
