In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, it has been determined that the authority had grounds to issue the notice to fix (NOT21717524) dated 27 March 2024 in relation to the construction of the deck, but the notice to fix was deficient in its particulars and remedies, and hereby the notice to fix has been reversed.
