Description
This determination considers an authority’s decision to refuse to remove an entry on

Decision
In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, I determine that there is
insufficient evidence to demonstrate that the entry on the record of title is no
longer required and I confirm the authority’s decision under section 74(3) to refuse to remove the hazard notice.
