Description
This determination will consider whether the macrocarpa timber cladding complies with Building Code clause B2 Durability with regard to knots in the timber boards.
Decision
In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, it has been determined that the macrocarpa timber cladding installed on the dwelling does not comply with clause B2 Durability due to the size and extent of the knots in the boards.
