Decision

In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, it was determined that:

  1. The section of ponga wall described in paragraph 2.3.4 does not comply with Clause B1 Structure.
  2. The section of ponga wall described in paragraph 2.3.4 does not comply with Clause B2 Durability.
