Description
This determination considers a building consent for the construction of a dwelling.

The determination considers whether those details, as documented in the consent application, would comply with clause E2 External Moisture and B1 Structure, if the building work was constructed in accordance with the building consent.

In accordance with section 188 of the Building Act 2004, it was determined:
Details 1, 2 and 3 comply with clauses E2 External Moisture and B1 Structure by way of an alternative solution and that a building consent could be issued, and confirmed the decision to issue the building consent.
