Description
This Standard specifies requirements for screened and unscreened insulated multicore control cable for voltages up to and including 450/750 V intended for use in control, supervisory, protection and instrumentation circuits. It does not apply to cables used solely for telecommunication purposes.
Scope
It applies to cables intended for use in control, supervisory, protection and instrumentation circuits. Control cables complying with this Standard may be used in power station and substation confines or in industrial applications.
