The scope of this Standard and the choice of specified items in this Standard shall be specified in respective product standards or in accordance with the agreement between the purchaser and the supplier.

Unless otherwise specified, the text of this Standard shall be applied, however, the Annexes may be applied in place of the text according to the agreement between purchaser and the supplier.
