Description
The matter for determination in terms of sections 177(a) and 188 of the Act is whether the proposed building work, including sitework, complies with the Building Code. In making this determination the following matters have been considered:
- The building's compliance with C Clauses;
- The building's compliance with Clause E1 Surface Water;
- The building's compliance with Clause B2 Durability;
- The building's compliance with Clause E2 External Moisture;
- The building's compliance with Clause B1 Structure;
- The building's compliance with Clause G13 Foul water;
- The adequacy of the building consent documentation generally, and with respect to the building work as proposed; and
- The failure of the builder to comply with the conditions of a building consent.
