Description
The dispute for determination was whether the territorial authority's decision to decline to issue a code compliance certificate for a 6-year-old house because it was not satisfied that the monolithic cladding system to the walls of the house complied with clauses B2 Durability and E2 External Moisture of the Building Code was correct.
The question to be determined was whether the monolithic cladding as installed to the walls of the building complied with the Building Code (see sections 177 and 188 of the Act).
