Description

This is a determination made under section 17 of the Building Act 1991, as amended by section 424 of the Building Act 2004, made on behalf of the Chief Executive of the Department of Building and Housing.

The applicant is the cross-lease tenant of flat 2. The other parties are the crosslease tenant of flat 1 and the territorial authority.
