Description
These regulations relate to applications for registration in the register of building control authorities under the Building Act 2004.
These regulations, amongst other things, prescribe the:
- Criteria and standards that the applicant must meet
- Form of the application
- Fee that must accompany the application.
These regulations are amended by Building (Accreditation of Building Consent Authorities) Amendment Regulations 2017 (LI 2017/14): regulation 17.
