Description

This Standard specifies requirements for the manufacture, grading and finish of plywood and blockboard used in exterior applications where the product is exposed to the weather, or wet or damp conditions. It also specifies veneer and core strip qualities, bond quality, joints, panel construction, dimensional tolerances, moisture content, finishing and branding. Two bond types are specified, i.e. types A and B, which are suitable for exterior applications.

Appendices provide information to be supplied with enquiries and orders, and suggestions for storage and handling.
