This Standard sets out the essential safety requirements for all gas appliances in New Zealand that are produced in volume. Provides manufacturers, designers, regulatory authorities, testing laboratories, and similar organisations with a set of safety and performance outcome-oriented criteria which may be used as the basis for certification or endorsement of gas appliances for sale in New Zealand.
