Description
This determination arises because the authority considered it did not have reasonable grounds to be satisfied that the proposal complies with certain clauses of the Building Code (First Schedule, Building Regulations 1992).
The matter to be determined is therefore whether there is sufficient information available to establish on reasonable grounds that New Zealand grown European oak timber used as specified would comply with Clause B2 Durability.
