Description

Certain building matters regarding this building have previously been described in Determination 2013/032.

This second determination arose because the authority again refused to issue a building consent for the building because it considered the supporting documentation to be inadequate.

The authority was not satisfied that the documentation provided reasonable grounds for it to be satisfied that the proposed building work would comply with the Building Code when constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications.

The matter to be determined was therefore whether the authority was correct to refuse to grant the building consent.
