Description
This determination arose from the concerns of the authority that the exterior rafters supporting sloping eaves over part of a deck did not comply with Clause B2 of the Building Code (First Schedule, Building Regulations 1992).
Therefore the matter for determination was whether the exposed timbers of the rafters ('the exposed timber') complied with Clause B2 'Durability' of the Building Code.
