Description
The application for determination arose because the territorial authority refused to issue a code compliance certificate for the house.
Certain building matters with regard to this house were determined, which are described in an earlier determination, Determination 2005/83.
Subsequently, the owner carried out some of the work recommended in that determination.
It was be determined whether, in light of the work that has been carried out, the house now complies with clauses E2 and B2 of the New Zealand Building Code.
