Description
The matter before the Authority is a dispute as to whether building consent should be granted for the construction of multi-unit apartment buildings where soil fixtures (WCs) are in separate rooms which do not contain wash basins. In each of the apartments concerned, there is a basin in the adjacent bathroom.
