Description
This test procedure may be used to determine strength and stiffness parameters of joints, or individual fasteners used to connect structural elements, either to each other, or to sheet material. The parameters may be used for design of joints used in gravity, cyclonic wind, or seismic loading applications. The procedure is written to be general in nature and material independent, so that it can be applied to a variety of joint or fastener configurations and loading directions.
