Description

Elitfönster windows and doors are triple glazed composite windows and doors, made of treated solid Baltic Pine timber and aluminium. The external side has a cladding of powder coated aluminium. The solid timber interior has a scratch resistant dual component paint finish. This certification covers the following models from the Elitfönster Original ALU range:

• AFH - reversible window
• AFK - fixed window
• AD - patio door
• AFSO - side hung window
• AFOO - top hung window

The Elitfönster Original ALU range of windows and doors is able to be used in wind zones up to and including Extra High (as defined in NZS3604:2011).

They contribute to natural daylight and ventilation, and are also suitable for use in building envelopes enclosing spaces where the temperature or humidity (or both) are modified.

Scope

1. Elitfönster windows and doors have been certified for use in buildings located:

• a) in wind zones up to and including Extra High (as defined in NZS3604;2011), and
• b) in any exposure zone (except microclimates) (as defined in NZS3604:2011).

2. Elitfönster windows and doors shall be installed in accordance with the Inwido Installation Instructions Version 1.2, 8 December 2020.
