Description
This standard contains the requirements for electrically powered hold open devices for swing doors. The test methods and classification of devices is explained which specifies a products category of use, amount of cycles the device has been tested to, door size suitability, safety, fire and corrosion resistance.
The standard also specifies the information that must be supplied by a manufacturer on the device itself for the customers use.
