The DEMILEC HEATLOK XT Foam supplied by ASCC Limited, is a closed cell, medium density 2-part polyurethane foam with low thermal conduc-tivity that will adhere to numerous substrates.

The DEMILEC HEATLOK XT Spray Foam is used as a spray-in-place insulation product to provide a durable air-tight barrier to heat and cold.

The product is usually site applied using special spray equipment, trained applicators and under strict quality control conditions.

The product is typically used for application into timber and or light gauge steel framing of walls, floors and in roofs to meet thermal performance design requirements.
