Description
This second determination arose from the decision of the authority to issue the second notice to fix (NTF) for the house because it was not satisfied that elements of the building work complied with certain clauses of the Building Code.
The matter determined was whether the authority was correct in its decision to issue a second NTF for the building work.
It was considered whether the house complied with Clause B2 Durability, given the requirements set out in the first determination.
