Description
This determination arose from the decision of the authority to issue a notice to fix because it was not satisfied that the grading and treatment of trusses used in construction of the house addition complied with certain clauses of the Building Code.
The matters for determination were whether:
- the roof trusses used for the additions to a house complied with clause B1 Structure of the Building Code; and
- the decision of the authority to issue a notice to fix for the additions to the house was correct.
