Description
This determination arose from the decision of the authority to issue a Notice to Rectify for an 11-year-old building because it was not satisfied that the building work complied with certain clauses of the Building Code (First Schedule, Building Regulations 1992).
The matters for determination were:
- Whether the cladding as installed on the building ('the cladding') complied with Clause E2 External Moisture of the Building Code;
