Description

The matters for determination are: 1- Whether the cladding as installed to the walls of the building complies with Clauses B2 and E2 of the Building Code; 2- Whether the building elements comply with Clause B2 Durability of the Building Code, taking into account the age of the building work; 3- Whether the single building consent, which was issued in respect of both 7A Emmett Street ('Unit 1') and 7B Emmett Street ('Unity 2?), can be split into two separate consents so that there is a building consent for each individual building.
