Description
The matter for determination is whether the claddings as installed to the east elevation (including to the decks) of Unit 1A ('the unit'), or to other associated areas that may affect the weathertightness of the unit, ('the claddings') comply with Causes B2 'Durability' and E2 'External Moisture' of the Building Code.
