Description
These regulations (in Schedule 1 of the regulations) set out the building code in accordance with the Building Act 2004.
The Building Regulations 1992 (SR 1992/150) are revoked, however, despite the revocation of the Building Regulations 1992, regulation 3 and Schedule 1 of those regulations continue in force.
