The initial application for a Determination was made in respect of the authority's decision to issue a code compliance certificate for the building and considered the compliance of certain building elements with the relevant clauses of the Building Code that was in effect at the time the code compliance certificate was issued.

The matter to be determined is whether the T&G flooring in Unit C of the building complies with the Building Code that was in force at the time the building consent was issued.
