Description
This determination arose from the decision of the authority to issue a notice to fix to the applicant for building work carried out by the previous owner.
The authority held the view the building work was carried out without consent when consent was required and the building did not comply with certain clauses of the Building Code in particular Clauses B2 Durability and E2 External moisture.
