Description

This house was the subject of an earlier determination, Determination 2007/35 ('the first determination'). The first determination decided that, while certain elements of the building did not comply with Clauses B1 and B2 of the Building Code, once certain identified faults were rectified, the building would be code-compliant.

In this instance, the matter for determination concerns the refusal of the authority to issue a code compliance certificate.
