Description
This determination arises from the decision of the authority to refuse to issue a code compliance certificate for a 1-year-old house because it was not satisfied that the monolithic cladding complied with Clause B2 'Durability' and Clause E2 'External Moisture' of the Building Code. The matter for determination is whether the cladding as installed on the house complies with Clauses B2 and E2 (see sections 177 and 188 of the Act).
