This determination arises from the decision of the territorial authority to refuse to issue a code compliance certificate for a 7-year-old alteration to a house because it was not satisfied that it complied with the Building Code.

  • whether the cladding systems of the building comply with Clauses B2 and E2 (see sections 177 and 188 of the Act); and
